The Šalčininkai District Municipality Administration in Lithuania is seeking architectural design and project implementation supervision services for its "Green Infrastructure Installation in Šalčininkai City" project. This initiative aims to enhance the urban environment by developing new green spaces and improving existing ones. The selected consultant will be responsible for all design phases and overseeing the project's execution over a 37-month period. The project is partially financed by EU funds through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) (2021/2027), emphasising sustainable development. Bidders are required to demonstrate adherence to environmental management system requirements, such as LST EN ISO 14001 or EMAS, aligning with national green public procurement criteria. This open competition seeks to secure expertise that will deliver a high-quality, environmentally conscious green infrastructure solution for the city.
