SCAPE Procure Limited is establishing a comprehensive multi-party framework agreement for construction works and services across England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. This framework is structured into five distinct lots, catering to various project scales and types, including residential construction, decarbonisation, retrofit, repair, and maintenance. The initiative aims to streamline public sector project delivery, with a focus on fostering SME engagement through successful bidders' supply chains. The framework has a maximum duration of six years, reflecting the significant investment required to manage expert, local, and responsive supply chains nationally. Successful delivery partners will collaborate with public sector clients and consultants, with performance monitored against comprehensive indicators. The procurement process involves a two-stage competitive flexible procedure, starting with a Procurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ) and followed by an Invitation to Tender (ITT) for shortlisted bidders.
