Inter-municipal Central Kitchen, Nancy
Métropole du Grand Nancy is commissioning architectural design services for a new inter-municipal central kitchen in France. Deadline 14 Sep 2026
The Métropole du Grand Nancy is organising a restricted competition for project management services to construct a new inter-municipal central kitchen. This significant undertaking aims to modernise and centralise collective catering facilities across the region, ensuring high standards in food quality, local sourcing, health safety, and environmental transition. Initially, a group of ten communes will lead the project, with plans for a dedicated Public Local Company (SPL) to take over its management in the future. The comprehensive scope includes both studies and construction works for this new building. The estimated budget for the entire operation, encompassing studies, construction, kitchen equipment, and decontamination, is €15,120,000 TTC. The project is anticipated to span 34 months, with studies projected for 14 months and construction for 20 months, excluding a 12-month perfect completion guarantee period. Studies are scheduled to commence in April/May 2027.
