The project involves planning services for the energy renovation of the schwapp leisure pool in Fürstenwalde/Spree, Germany, covering performance phases 4 to 9 according to HOAI (German Fee Schedule for Architects and Engineers). The work is divided into two lots: Lot 1 focuses on the building envelope, and Lot 2 covers technical building equipment and overall coordination. Phases 1 to 3 have already been completed by external planning offices. The engagement will be phased, starting with phase 4 (approval planning), followed by phases 5, 6, and 8. Optional services include phases 7 and 9, which the client may or may not call upon. The project aims to enhance the energy efficiency of this technically demanding special building, which is partially financed by EU funds. The contract duration for each lot is three years, with potential for renewals.
