The Ville de Créteil in France is seeking architectural services for the design and construction of an educational farm, including the comprehensive landscaping of its exterior spaces. This project, located in Créteil, aims to create a new community asset through a restricted design competition. The provisional budget for the construction works is estimated at 5,500,000 euros, inclusive of all taxes. The ambitious timeline for this development anticipates the commencement of studies in June 2027, with construction slated to begin in June 2028, and the completed facility expected to be delivered by June 2030. A significant incentive for participants, a prize of 35,000 euros (including tax), will be awarded to each architectural team selected to submit a proposal. However, this amount may be adjusted or withheld if the jury determines that the submitted work is incomplete.
