State Fair Community College (SFCC) is procuring Architect/Engineer services for the design and delivery of a new Agriculture Innovation Center on its Sedalia campus. The project will provide a specialised educational facility combining indoor and covered outdoor livestock handling areas, veterinary and teaching spaces, including classrooms, laboratories, and workshop areas. The building is anticipated to be approximately 8,000–9,000 sq ft and must support practical agricultural training such as artificial insemination, ultrasound, and livestock management. The appointed consultant will deliver full services from concept design through construction completion, including site development, stakeholder engagement, sustainability integration, and construction administration, within an expedited programme targeting construction commencement in Autumn 2026.
