Youth Activity Spaces
This tender seeks an Integrated Consultancy Team to deliver two shared outdoor youth spaces in Enniskillen and Omagh under the PEACEPLUS capital programme.
The project aims to create two enhanced shared youth outdoor spaces in Enniskillen and Omagh, providing safe, inclusive environments for cross-community engagement through sports, arts, culture, and social activities. These facilities form part of the Fermanagh & Omagh PEACEPLUS Action Plan, funded under Theme 1.1 – Co-designed Local Community PEACE Action Plans. The appointed Integrated Consultancy Team (ICT) will deliver the project from RIBA Stage 0 through Stage 7, securing statutory approvals, overseeing procurement of the Integrated Supply Team (IST), managing construction, and supporting delivery of community activities for 600 participants from diverse backgrounds.
