Tender for architect-led design teams delivering retrofit and capital works on Further Education and Training sites in Cavan and Monaghan.
This tender is issued by the Cavan and Monaghan Education and Training Board (CMETB) to appoint an Architect-Led Design Team (ALDT) for the delivery of various Type 1 and Type 2 Energy Retrofit Programmes and Other Capital Work Projects across its Further Education and Training (FET) properties. The tender is structured as a framework agreement, allowing CMETB to issue Task Orders on a project-by-project basis over a 2-year term (extendable up to 4 years). The aim is to create a pipeline of upgrade and retrofit projects, subject to funding, including minor refurbishments, extensions, and new buildings. Sites range from modular units and educational campuses to Youthreach centres and outdoor education facilities. Services will be called off as needed, with consultants required to deliver full design and compliance services through the project lifecycle.
