Architect-led design team sought for a new PEACEPLUS-funded multi-purpose community facility at Virginia RFC in County Cavan, Ireland.
Cavan County Council is procuring an architect-led integrated design team for a new multi-functional community facility located at Virginia RFC. The facility is funded through the PEACEPLUS cross-border programme and aims to support a wide range of inclusive and accessible community activities. The club currently has over 500 members and serves as a hub for local schools and cross-community outreach. The new building will include changing rooms, fitness spaces, a social room, accessible WC/shower facilities, and parking, enhancing both sporting and wider civic engagement infrastructure.
