Advanced Office Building
This open tender seeks a project management-led design team to reconfigure and upgrade an existing office building in Limerick into a sustainable, multi-let facility.
The project involves the refurbishment and reconfiguration of an Advanced Office Building, originally constructed in 2019, situated in the IDA National Technology Park, Co. Limerick. The building, currently vacant following a tenant’s exit, requires baseline repair and upgrade works, removal of bespoke tenant fit-out elements, and a sustainable transformation into a multi-let office facility. The works encompass internal fabric alterations and mechanical and electrical system replacements to allow independent occupancy of office suites. The appointed team will deliver services across four key phases: due diligence and design, tender and award, construction, and handover, while also aligning with IDA Ireland’s sustainability mandates and Public Sector Climate Action Mandate 2024.
