Consultant Team
Project Manager: Must hold a license to manage and supervise special-purpose (non-residential) building projects, specifically educational facilities, with experience in at least one technical or working project for reconstruction or new construction in the past five years
Architectural Project Manager: Required to be qualified to oversee architectural project design and supervision for non-residential buildings, with experience in educational or public buildings within the last five years
BIM (Building Information Modeling) Coordinator: Must manage the digital information model throughout the project's stages, ensuring compliance with the client's requirements and local regulations

Submission Criteria
Three best proposals will be awarded prizes: 1st Place: €11,000; 2nd Place: €9,000; 3rd Place: €6,000.
Deliverables for the Competition
– Urban and Architectural Concepts: Including landscaping, transport, pedestrian and cycling routes, and building plans (M1:500 – M1:250).
– Building Floor Plans: Showing layout, furnishings, vertical connections, and architectural sections (M1:200 – M1:250).
– Building Façades: Including architectural and color solutions.
– 2D and 3D Visualizations: Integrating the project into the existing environment
