The Commune de Bertrange has launched a competitive dialogue for the development of the "Triangle de Helfent" in Bertrange, Luxembourg. This initiative invites multidisciplinary teams, comprising urban planners, landscape architects/engineers, mobility experts, and environmental specialists, to collaborate on the project. The aim is to foster innovative solutions for urban planning and landscape architecture within this significant area. The competitive dialogue process will involve successive stages, with a minimum and maximum of three candidates invited to the second stage, ensuring a focused and collaborative approach to achieving the development goals. The project is open to small and medium-sized enterprises and is covered by the Government Procurement Agreement.
