Torus Housing Framework
This tender seeks architectural and principal design consultants for inclusion in a four-year Framework Agreement to support Torus62's development programme in the North West of England
Torus is one of the largest housing providers in the North West, delivering over 1,000 new units annually. The framework is divided into four specialist consultancy lots: Lot 1 – Employer’s Agent and Purchasing Agent Services, Lot 2 – Architect and Building Safety Principal Designer Services, Lot 3 – Structural Engineering Services, and Lot 4 – Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services, each supporting the delivery of Torus' development programme over a four-year term. The framework aims to streamline procurement and foster collaboration across future projects - both residential and mixed-use. Consultants will deliver services from feasibility to handover, ensuring compliance with Building Safety regulations and contributing to Torus' wider social value goal.
