The Education Authority is seeking an integrated consultant team to deliver a substantial extension project for St. Gerard’s School in Belfast. This comprehensive commission encompasses all RIBA stages, from initial strategic definition (Stage 0) through to in-use services (Stage 7). The primary objective is to provide an extension capable of accommodating up to 220 additional pupils, addressing the growing needs of the school community. The selected team will be responsible for architectural, engineering, and construction project management services, ensuring a cohesive and efficient delivery of the new facilities. This two-stage procurement process will first assess the conditions of participation, followed by an evaluation of quality, social value, and price to identify the most advantageous tender.
