Slough Borough Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake a Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) and a Habitats Regulations Assessment (HRA). These assessments are vital for the development of the Slough New Local Plan, ensuring its environmental sustainability and compliance with relevant regulations. The selected consultant will be responsible for evaluating the potential environmental impacts of the plan and assessing its implications for protected habitats and species. This work will provide crucial input to the council's planning process, guiding future development within the borough. The project is anticipated to commence in October 2026 and conclude by December 2028, with a potential three-month extension.
