Submission Criteria
This is a One Stage Tender, with the winning submission will be judged on 70% Quality/30% Price.
Price Submission:
– Fee Basis: The tender uses the ITT-S2b route, which means hourly rates are to be tendered — not a lump sum.
– A completed Form of Tender with Schedule A & B
– Hourly rates for key roles (e.g. Lead Architect, Project QS, M&E Engineer, etc.)
– A breakdown of estimated hours (if requested) for assessment purposes
– The notional capital value of €4.5 million is used only for fee comparison purposes.
Case Studies:
– Tenderers must complete Appendix B1: A list of relevant previous projects
– And provide Appendix B3: Certificates of Satisfactory Execution for those projects
- The projects must demonstrate delivery of similar services (e.g., public realm, maritime, transport-related buildings)
Methodology Statements:
– Design approach/methodology
– Team organisation and communication
– Project management and delivery strategy
– Health & safety approach (especially given the marine/public nature of the site)
