The project involves the complete design, construction, commissioning, and fit-out of a new Primary Care Centre including external works and site development. This is a turnkey design and build scheme using the JCT Design and Build 2024 contract. The centre will offer a high-quality healthcare environment that meets NHS standards (HTMs and HBNs) and be designed to BIM Level 2 standards.
