Appointment of an architectural consultant or team to provide healthcare design advice under the ProCure23 (P23) Framework
The appointment aims to support the NHS in achieving improved patient outcomes, better value for money, future adaptability, and reduced environmental impact. The consultant will assist various NHS stakeholders by developing technical design and assurance tools, supporting modern methods of construction, Net Zero Carbon targets, post-occupancy evaluations, and providing strategic input for ongoing and future capital projects in the healthcare estate.

Technical Response (80%):
– Elective Recovery Planning (CDC, UEC, Surgical Hubs) (1,000 words, 20%)
– Retrofit and Refurbishment (inc. Net Zero & Digital) (1,000 words, 20%)
– Assurance Processes (GSL, POE, DAT) (500 words + graphics, 10%)
– Construction Tools & Documents (Legislation + Guidance) (1,000 words, 10%)
– BIM and the Golden Thread (incl. IPC, Risk) (500 words, 10%)
– Social Value, Equality & Diversity (500 words, 10%)
Price Response (20%):
– Fixed rates or fees for the services specified
– Pricing schedule based on hourly/daily rates for various roles or work packages
