Revision of Intercommunal Urban Plan, Corbie
The Communauté de communes du Val de Somme in France is revising its intercommunal urban plan, integrating a comprehensive housing strategy. Deadline 14 Oct 2026
The Communauté de communes du Val de Somme is undertaking a comprehensive revision of its intercommunal urban plan, known as the PLUi-H, which incorporates a significant housing component. This project is structured into five distinct phases, designed to redefine the territorial development strategy for the region. The initial phase involves a thorough diagnostic review, updating the existing land and territorial conditions, and producing a detailed presentation report. This foundational work will inform the subsequent development of a Sustainable Development and Planning Project (PADD). Further stages will focus on formulating thematic and sectoral Planning and Programming Orientations (OAP) alongside a Programme of Orientations and Actions (POA). These will then be translated into clear graphic and regulatory frameworks, culminating in the finalisation of the presentation report. The concluding phase will manage the entire process from the project's formal approval through to the legal enforceability of the revised PLUi-H, ensuring a robust and integrated planning document that guides future development.
