The project involves developing comprehensive design documentation for a recreational area on plot 11816/19 in the Osiedle II district of Suwałki, Poland. The scope includes designing green spaces and a new playground. The documentation must adhere to various Polish regulations, including those concerning detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for construction works, and functional-utility programmes. It also needs to comply with recommendations from the Municipal Conservator of Monuments and ensure accessibility for people with disabilities, following the principles of universal design. The client, Gmina Miasto Suwałki, intends to seek co-financing for the project through the Integrated Territorial Investments (ZIT) instrument, requiring the design to meet all necessary guidelines for grant applications. The design phase is scheduled to run from October 2026 to December 2026.
