Heritage-Led Regeneration Strategy & Action Plan, an initiative commissioned by Donegal County Council to guide the revitalisation of Raphoe town centre, in County Donegal, Ireland
Anchored in the principles of the national Town Centre First policy, this project seeks to develop a comprehensive and forward-looking strategy that places heritage, placemaking, and community engagement at the heart of local regeneration. Through a multidisciplinary, conservation architect-led team, the project will craft a roadmap to guide Raphoe’s sustainable transformation—enhancing its image, infrastructure, and vibrancy while celebrating its rich cultural and built heritage. The Strategy & Action Plan will integrate stakeholder consultation, urban design, environmental stewardship, and economic development to generate a practical, actionable framework for renewal. The outcome will serve as a key instrument to attract investment, support local enterprise, and foster a more liveable and resilient town for current and future generations.

ITT Pass/Fail Criteria:
– Declarations of compliance with legal, tax, and employment obligations
– Confirmation of SME status (if applicable)

– Annual turnover ≥ €100,000 for each of the last 3 years
– Employer’s Liability: €13 million
– Public Liability: €6.5 million
– Product Liability: €6.5 million
– Professional Indemnity: €1 million
– At least 3 relevant previous contracts (past 5 years) showing experience with similar scale, scope, and complexity
– Health & Safety compliance (e.g., Safety Statement, relevant policies)
