The General Police Headquarters in Warsaw, Poland, is commissioning comprehensive architectural design services for a significant redevelopment project at its Puławska 148/150 site. The programme involves the multi-branch design documentation for the reconstruction of the site's layout, the construction of a protective structure, and a new reception and customer service building. The project site is located within a conservation protection zone, adding a layer of complexity to the design requirements. The contract also provides for up to five on-site author's supervision sessions, with an option for an additional twenty, ensuring design integrity during the construction phase.
