The City of Braunschweig is seeking architectural services for the outdoor areas of four new primary school buildings. The project involves detailed landscape planning in accordance with §39 HOAI, including the creation of site plans with calculations for rainwater quantities and retention possibilities, as well as comprehensive drainage planning. The appointed firm will also be responsible for coordinating with the disability advisory board and users to ensure inclusive and functional designs. Special services include monitoring defect rectification within the warranty period and overseeing development care. This initiative aims to enhance the external environments of the new school facilities, providing high-quality and sustainable outdoor spaces for students and staff.
