The National Treatment Purchase Fund (NTPF) is seeking a service provider to deliver comprehensive design and project management services for its new office fit-out. This project focuses on a high-end interior design and commercial office fit-out within the Dublin Central Business District. The NTPF is currently identifying suitable office spaces, ranging from 12,000 to 15,000 square feet, preferably on a single floor, with a minimum Category A fit-out and BER A3 rating or above. The scope of work is flexible, depending on the chosen office space, and could involve transforming a shell-and-core or Category A space into a fully functional, high-performance, and brand-aligned workplace. It may also include limited redesign for viable turn-key options. The successful tenderer will be required to conduct initial space planning assessments on shortlisted offices to determine their suitability, ensuring the new premises meet all NTPF requirements.
