The Pardubice Region in Czechia is seeking comprehensive architectural services for the design and supervision of a new dormitory and canteen complex, to be known as 'DM a ŠJ Pardubice – novostavba DM, areál Ke Tvrzi'. This significant project involves the construction of a four-storey, rectangular building positioned alongside Ke Tvrzi street in Pardubice. Additionally, six individual rooms will be located on this level. The fourth floor will be set back, providing space for a club room, a gymnasium, a relaxation zone with sanitary amenities, and an outdoor terrace with a workout area. The remaining roof area will incorporate a green roof design, and a high fence will ensure safety on the fourth floor. The design also includes provisions for car parking, a secure bicycle shelter, and comprehensive waste management solutions.
