This project involves comprehensive engineering services for the modernisation of Nikolay Katranov Secondary School in Svishtov, Bulgaria. The scope includes developing an investment project in the working design phase for internal repairs, aiming to create an attractive, healthy, and safe learning environment. It also incorporates the implementation of green urban infrastructure measures within the school grounds and surrounding areas. Furthermore, the contract requires the exercise of author's supervision during the execution of construction and installation works, alongside carrying out major repairs of classrooms and premises. A key objective is to ensure an accessible architectural environment for people with disabilities. The detailed requirements for these activities are outlined in the Technical Specification. The contracting authority will establish a framework agreement with a single participant whose offer meets the selection criteria and aligns with the announced conditions. A public procurement contract will be finalised once the necessary funding is secured, as it is not yet available at the time the procedure was initiated.
