Four-year Scottish framework to appoint up to ten architects for new build housing and associated services across multiple regions.
Link Group Ltd is procuring a four-year framework agreement for architectural services primarily relating to new build affordable housing developments across Scotland. The framework will appoint a maximum of ten architectural practices under a Restricted Procedure in accordance with the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Projects will vary in size, tenure and type and may include rehabilitation, extensions, mixed tenure schemes, and housing for residents with particular needs. The programme anticipates contract award on 14 July 2026, with the framework running for a maximum of 48 months. Individual commissions will be awarded via direct call-off or mini-competition.
