CHIC Consultancy Framework
A UK-wide open tender to appoint multidisciplinary consultants onto CHIC’s 2026–2030 framework supporting member asset programmes.
CHIC (Communities & Housing Investment Consortium) is establishing a 4-year closed consultancy framework for its members and wider public sector users, providing professional construction-related consultancy services across the UK. The framework covers support from inception through post-completion/in-use, and will be used for a mixture of properties and blocks under members’ asset management programmes, including planned works programmes and individual works contracts. The framework is multi-disciplinary, with thirteen lots covering roles such as architectural services, project management/contract administration, fire safety, surveying, MEP, structural and civil engineering, heritage, clerk of works, and Building Safety Act principal designer duties.
