Anne Arundel Community College (AACC) is seeking professional architectural and engineering firms for the Hotel, Culinary Arts and Tourism (HCAT) Addition to the Clauson Center for Innovation and Skilled Trades on its Arnold Campus. The project involves a multi-stage selection process, beginning with a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ). Based on the evaluation of these submissions, the College will identify the most qualified firms. These selected firms will then be invited to submit detailed technical and price proposals for the architectural and engineering services required for this significant campus expansion. The HCAT Addition aims to enhance the college’s facilities for vocational training and specialised trade skills.
