Submission Criteria
Three teams will be shortlisted, each will receive €25k.
Qualifying Stage:
– Administrative documents (DC1, DC2 forms)
– Declaration of candidate (incl. economic and legal status)
– Three architectural, scenographic and landscaping references (each)
– Detailed team composition and CVs
– Motivation letter and approach to the project
– Description of team organization and coordination
Competition Stage:
– Architectural and scenographic concept design
– Graphic representations (plans, sections, elevations)
– Illustrative documents (perspectives, diagrams)
– Summary technical note and explanation of the concept
– Preliminary estimation of costs
– Schedule proposal
