Fusion21 Framework
Fusion21 is developing a Framework for the provision of Construction Consultancy Services for Public Bodies to use.
The Fusion21 Construction Consultancy Services Framework will provide a flexible and efficient procurement solution for Members of the Fusion21 Members Consortium (including but not exclusive to the residential, education, local authority, health and central government sectors), to save money and generate social value.
This framework will consist of 15 lots:
1. Multidisciplinary Consultancy Services, PM and Lead Consultant (£55m)
2. Stock Monitoring and Appraisal (£25m)
3. Information Management (BIM) (£3m)
4. Architecture (£6m)
5. Fit-Out Consultancy (£4m)
6. Heritage and Conservation (£5m)
7. Structural and Civil Engineering (£8m)
8. Building Engineering Services (M&E) (£8m)
9. Facilities Management Consultancy (£8m)
10. CDM Principal Designer(£4m)
11. Carbon Reduction and Sustainability (£12m)
12. Valuations(£3m)
13. Clerk of Works - Inspections Regime (£5m)
14. Retrofit (£24m)
15. BSA Principal Designer Duties and Building Control (£5m)
It is envisaged that 12 – 15 suppliers will be appointed per lot subject to geographical coverage. This is provided as a guide only and Fusion21 reserves the right to appoint less or more suppliers e.g. to provide geographical coverage across the UK for the relevant lot.

Submission Criteria
General Requirements:
Minimum £5m turnover in the last audited year
£5m PII
Registration with relevant professional body (RICS, RIBA, BIID etc.) according to Lot discipline.
Qualitative Questions:
Experience of relevant schemes – minimum three examples per discipline.
Examples of Implemented Initiatives / Strategies – examples of how you have delivered enhanced value to clients and end users from contracts completed in the last two years.
Method Statement – methods used to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, with three relevant examples.
