Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is setting up a comprehensive four-year, multi-supplier framework for estates design and construction consultancy services. This initiative aims to bolster its ongoing capital and estates programmes across various facilities. The framework is structured into 11 specialist consultancy Lots, encompassing a wide range of services including architectural design, civil and structural engineering, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) engineering, fire engineering, quantity surveying, project management, principal designer services, building surveying, Clerk of Works, and authorising engineer services. Each lot will facilitate the provision of integrated design and consultancy solutions for projects varying in scale and complexity, from feasibility studies and concept design to full technical specifications and site supervision. This strategic approach ensures the Trust has access to diverse expertise for new builds, refurbishments, and maintenance activities, enhancing the quality and efficiency of its estate management.
