Guldborgsund Kommune is commissioning a total consultancy agreement to oversee the entire project for the Eskilstrup Children and School Community. This comprehensive project involves the planning, design, construction, regulatory approval, execution, and commissioning of a new daycare institution. Additionally, it includes the transformation of existing school facilities, such as converting a music room into a production kitchen and a UBC room into a new music room, along with associated renovation and landscaping works. Key deliverables include a new, heated, and covered connecting walkway between the daycare and school, new outdoor areas with terraces, pathways, gardens, playgrounds, and car parks. The consultant will also clarify the existing main entrance as a shared access point for both the school and daycare. The selected team will provide a wide range of services, including architectural, engineering, and landscape design, project management, health and safety coordination, ICT management, construction supervision, financial management, and risk management, ensuring a fully functional and integrated facility that supports both user groups.
