The Illinois Capital Development Board is commissioning architectural and engineering services for the construction of a new urban park. This extensive project encompasses a wide range of disciplines, including architectural, structural, civil, plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation, data, and comprehensive landscaping work. A key requirement for the successful design team is the inclusion of a dedicated landscape architect. Furthermore, the appointed architectural and engineering firm will be responsible for meticulously assessing the project's eligibility for various utility incentive programmes, energy grants, rebates, and other funding opportunities. This includes identifying all qualifying programmes and subsequently preparing, coordinating, and submitting all necessary applications, calculations, and supporting documentation to secure available incentives. Additionally, the team must ensure full coordination of all telecommunications and networking requirements with the Department of Innovation & Technology throughout both the design and construction phases.
