The Municipality of Mažeikiai is launching an open architectural competition for the design and supervision of a new cycling bridge crossing the Venta river. The project aims to improve sustainable mobility and create a safe, accessible connection for pedestrians and cyclists, linking the Pavenčiai area with central Mažeikiai. The scope includes the preparation and approval of design proposals, securing permits, and subsequent technical project development and supervision. The tender seeks innovative, environmentally conscious, and contextually integrated architectural solutions to enhance the river landscape and support the municipality’s green infrastructure goals.
