Klaipėdos miesto savivaldybės administracija is hosting an open architectural project competition for three new medical institutions located on Šiaurės Avenue in Klaipėda. The primary objective is to identify architectural ideas that best integrate urban, architectural, and functional requirements for each of the three distinct competition objects. The competition seeks comprehensive design proposals, as the objects are not divisible into separate parts. Monetary prizes will be awarded to the top four participants, with the first-place winner receiving 12,000 EUR, second place 10,000 EUR, third place 8,000 EUR, and fourth place 6,000 EUR, all inclusive of taxes. The contracting authority will select a single winner, who will then enter into unannounced negotiations for a service contract based on their winning project proposal.
