Stadtwerke Hoyerswerda GmbH is seeking architectural and structural engineering services for the energy-efficient renovation of the Lausitzhalle in Hoyerswerda, Germany. This significant project involves comprehensive building design, covering phases 1-6 (partially) and 7-9, alongside structural engineering services for phases 1-6 (partially), all in accordance with HOAI regulations. The project has already commenced, with an existing draft design requiring thorough revision. Additional planning documents are available up to phase 6. The renovation will be executed in five distinct construction phases, with the overall completion targeted for 2030. The initial contract focuses on the revision of planning phase 3, with subsequent phases to be commissioned incrementally. A key objective is to reduce environmental impact through climate change adaptation measures and enhance accessibility for all users.
