Industrial and Logistics Park – Burgas AD is commissioning a comprehensive engineering, design, and construction project for a new warehouse and production facility. Situated within Industrial Zone 'North' in Burgas, Bulgaria, the development encompasses a specific plot designated for industrial and service functions. The project brief includes the full design of the new building, covering architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and landscaping elements, followed by the execution of all necessary construction works and ongoing author's supervision. The facility is expected to have an approximate built-up area of 3,100 square metres. The tender places significant emphasis on integrating principles of the New European Bauhaus, promoting aesthetic appeal, sustainability, and inclusivity. This includes a focus on resource efficiency through reduced water and energy consumption, the use of natural materials, and implementing circular economy principles to minimise waste and facilitate future reuse. Furthermore, the design must incorporate enhanced accessibility measures for people with disabilities, exceeding standard regulatory requirements. The entire programme, from design to construction completion, is planned for a maximum duration of 450 calendar days.
