Fire and Rescue Infrastructure Services, Seville
Technical services tender for a new fire service headquarters and refurbishment of Seville’s existing P-4 fire station infrastructure, in Spain.
The City of Seville has launched a public tender for the appointment of a multidisciplinary design and technical delivery team for the redevelopment of key fire and rescue infrastructure within the Polígono Industrial Carretera Amarilla (P.I.C.A.) district in Seville, Spain. The commission combines the construction of a new-build headquarters facility for the Municipal Fire Prevention, Firefighting and Rescue Service (S.P.E.I.S.) on a municipally owned site at the junction of Calle Roberto Osborne and Calle Asociación, together with the comprehensive refurbishment and modernisation of the existing P-4 Fire Station on Calle Rafael Beca Mateos. The scope of services includes concept and detailed design, health and safety studies, construction supervision, executive site inspection and health and safety coordination throughout delivery. Procured through an open procedure under Spanish public procurement legislation, the project forms part of the municipality’s wider investment in civic infrastructure, emergency response capacity and operational resilience across Seville’s industrial eastern corridor.
