The Warsaw Tax Administration Chamber is seeking comprehensive design and cost estimation documentation for energy efficiency improvements at its buildings located at Skalbmierska 5 and 6 in Warsaw, Poland. This project is part of the FENiKS programme, specifically under the FENX.01.01 Energy Efficiency action, which falls within the FENX.01 priority for supporting energy and environment sectors through the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 programme. The scope of work includes architectural design services and author's supervision for both buildings, with the primary objective of enhancing their energy performance. The project is divided into two distinct lots, one for each building, focusing on detailed design and cost planning. The contract duration for each lot is anticipated to run from December 2026 to March 2029, with the initial design documentation phase expected to be completed within 160 days of the contract signing.
