Město Kutná Hora, located in Czechia, is initiating a project for the comprehensive reconstruction of the building situated at Husova street no. 145. The primary objective of this undertaking is to repurpose the building to house the offices of the Municipal Authority of Kutná Hora. The scope of work involves the preparation of two-stage project documentation, encompassing both design preparation (DPZ) and detailed project documentation (DPS). This will include a full bill of quantities and must strictly adhere to the provisions of Czech construction law (Act No. 283/2021 Sb.) and the decree on building documentation (Decree No. 131/2024 Sb.). The project brief also mandates the incorporation of any comments and requirements from relevant state administration bodies and other stakeholders involved in the construction permitting process, ensuring the final design meets all regulatory and functional needs for a modern municipal office space.
