Frederiksberg Kommune in Denmark is establishing a framework agreement for technical consulting services to support various construction projects. This agreement will primarily address cloudburst protection initiatives, often integrated with road infrastructure, urban spaces, and landscape design. However, it will also cover general construction projects without specific cloudburst elements. The municipality envisions partnering with an engineering firm, potentially supplemented by sub-consultants for specialised disciplines such as landscape architecture. This two-year framework agreement is set to commence on 23 February 2027, with an option for two additional 12-month extensions. The municipality anticipates an annual expenditure of approximately DKK 13 million (excluding VAT) across three parallel framework agreements. The total maximum value for the framework agreements could reach DKK 78 million, depending on project assignments and the municipality's decisions to initiate projects.
