This project involves comprehensive architectural and design services for the modernisation of buildings A, B, and C at the Provincial Police Headquarters in Katowice, Poland. The scope includes a complete building inventory, a fire safety expert assessment detailing how to adapt existing structures to current fire regulations, and obtaining a positive decision from the Silesian Provincial Commander of the State Fire Service. The appointed contractor will develop a full design concept (architectural-construction and industry-specific) with an estimated valuation of the proposed solutions. This will lead to complete construction, technical, and executive documentation, including investor cost estimates, blank cost estimates, and bills of quantities. The documentation must comply with the Construction Law and include a list of elaborations and a written statement from the contractor confirming compliance with regulations and standards, ensuring completeness for its intended purpose. The project duration is 12 months.
