The Gemeinde Dümmer plans a comprehensive renovation and refurbishment of the existing "Kita Seepferdchen" kindergarten. This project is necessitated by demographic shifts and identified structural and fire safety deficiencies within the current facility. The kindergarten presently occupies three floors of the front building, a section of the courtyard-facing building, and a new connecting structure. An area currently used by the municipality in the courtyard-side building will be repurposed and integrated into the kindergarten. The expanded facility is designed to accommodate 55 children, comprising 10 nursery children and 45 kindergarten children, organised into three groups of 15. This tender specifically seeks architectural building design services, encompassing service phases 2-8, in accordance with HOAI 2021 Part 3, Section 1 (buildings and interiors). The initial commission will cover phases 2-4, with subsequent phases 5-8 contingent upon the successful approval of necessary funding.
