Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is setting up a comprehensive four-year, multi-supplier Estates Design and Construction Consultancy Framework. This initiative will support its ongoing capital and estates programmes across the UK. The framework encompasses 11 specialist consultancy lots, providing a wide range of services including multidisciplinary design, architectural, civil and structural engineering, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering, fire engineering, quantity surveying, project management, principal designer services, building surveying, and Clerk of Works roles. The procurement follows a two-stage competitive flexible procedure, starting with a Selection Questionnaire (SQ) and progressing to an Invitation to Tender (ITT), with the aim of appointing up to three suppliers per lot. This framework is designed to cover projects of varying scale and complexity, from feasibility studies and concept design to full design management and construction completion, enhancing the Trust's ability to manage its diverse property portfolio efficiently and to a high standard.
