The State of Georgia's Board of Regents, on behalf of the University System, is procuring architect and engineering services for the Daniel Guggenheim School of Aerospace Engineering. The scope of work encompasses a comprehensive review of site information, including conditions assessment, and the development of detailed project requirements. This involves defining project goals, design objectives, space requirements, and functional relationships within the building and across the site. A key component of the project is the design of a campus loop extension for power and fiber infrastructure to the 333 North Avenue property, coordinating closely with Institute engineers and the existing Campus Utility Master Plan. This phase of work will establish the foundational planning and design parameters for future development.
