The City of Arlington is inviting qualified consultant teams, comprising architects, interior designers, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineers, to provide comprehensive services for the interior finish-out of its Water Utilities facilities. This project involves approximately 39,000 square feet of space located within a new 54,000 square foot, three-story mixed-use building. The scope of work encompasses interior planning, coordination, detailed design, engineering, and subsequent construction administration services. This initiative aims to create functional and efficient spaces for the Arlington Water Utilities department, ensuring modern infrastructure within the new development in Tarrant County.
