The "Projet d'agglomération de 6e génération" involves comprehensive urban planning and landscape architectural services for Agglomération Rivelac. The project scope includes developing six fundamental studies covering traffic management, parking management, combined public transport/cycling mobility, tourist and leisure traffic, vitality of centres, and green and blue infrastructure. The appointed team will also provide expertise on adjusting existing strategies, evaluate and sort proposed measures, critically review the final report, and support the various preliminary examination and public consultation phases with cantonal services and the ARE. The work is scheduled to commence on 1 November 2026 and conclude by 30 June 2029, with meetings potentially held across the 18 communes of Agglomération Rivelac, as well as in Lausanne, Fribourg, and Bern for cantonal and federal interactions.
