Sustainable Estates Framework
A UK-wide framework tender for sustainable estates consultancy services across higher education, culture, and public sector built environments.
The four-year framework for members of the UK Universities Purchasing Consortia (UKUPC) will support a wide range of clients including universities, colleges, arts and culture bodies, and other public sector organisations across the UK. It responds to increasing demands for sustainability and value for money in the built environment. The framework will be divided into eight lots, ranging from architectural design and project management to engineering and fire safety. The successful framework participants will provide consultancy services that align with sector sustainability goals, legal compliance (e.g., Building Safety Act), and social value delivery. This framework is not for a single building project, but rather for multiple call-offs under a central agreement.
