The Trade Fair and Congress Centre in Podgorica is envisioned as a landmark facility that will enhance the city's role as a hub for business, tourism, and cultural events. The project seeks to create a multifunctional complex capable of hosting trade fairs, congresses, conferences, concerts, festivals, and sporting events, thereby stimulating the socio-economic growth of both Podgorica and Montenegro. Situated on a 28,884m² site on the city’s periphery, the centre will feature a distinctive, flexible design incorporating sustainable construction principles, energy efficiency, and strong landscape integration. The building will act as a modern, adaptable platform for the "event production" industry, helping to promote Podgorica's image internationally and support its urban development ambitions​.
